Is Chapter 4 discontinued?

So when I was thinking why TheMeatly didn't give us the date of when chapter 4 might be finished at.

Also I think that Bendy in Nightmare Run might be a distraction for chapter 4 and delay the production of the chapter which is kind of bringing the hype of chapter 4 to hype of the next episode of Nightmare Run

But I hope that when he finished the core/main of the Nightmare Run, he might start to make the chapter with all focus on that chapter than the Nightmare Run.

But I don't really have a clue or sneak peak that half of the team might work on chapter 4 and other half work on the nightmare run

they are working all the time at chapter 4...its just that is very bugs and lags to solve and make the chapter with a minimun of problems...like chater 3 was...and the team is very smol...so, there's no many people to work to make the chapter...but in twitter themeatly and mikemood are always putting updates about chapter 4...

Whatever this nightmare run thing is it looks cool.

Fallout Shelter was originally a mobile game, they ported it to PC. I hope this Nightmare Run can too, I feel so singled-out without a mobile device.

1. 4 is still in the works. They never delayed it, as there was no actual date for it.
2. 4 is bigger than 3. There are also bugs and updates to the other chapters being worked on as well.
3. Nightmare Run is being worked on by another team.

It still is definately being worked on. At first, I thought Nightmare run would release in February with an official chapter four teaser, and four would come out late march. But, I really don't see that happening at this point. I'm just going off the fact that The Meatly has a habit of releasing the chapter trailer roughly a month before releasing the game update.
