How do I solve a valve panel? How do I even collect a single core?

But I can't find fourth panel no matter I spent more than 1 hour of searching... And gave up from playing... Fk it...

A few have, in my playthrough 2 of the valves are already open......and only found 3 so far

I played through for almost an hour where i found 3 of the valve panels and the last was already opened yet i never did that one

There are three first of all and if one of the valves are already open it's on a monster's body that you have to kill same floor.
