How much of the actual game is in the free version?

Also how long is this to complete?

The free version is all of chapter one, of five. Only three chapters have been made so far.

15 to 20 minutes if you know what you're doing and speed run it, up to an hour if you don't.

Chapter 3 can take up to 40 min on a speedrun, if Ink Bendy cooperates.

If you start in Heavenly Toys for the final mission, it can be done. You just gotta be fast about it. If you start elsewhere, he's bound to get stuck.

true. my favorite way is getting him to spawn on the stairs, as it takes forever to complete his walkthrough.

If we say that you are doing your first playthrough and are careful about Bendy (as well as, like my first run, go and get the 15 cutouts in chapter 3 from the elevator one, which means he constantly spawns) you might take around 2-3 hours, 1.5h if you are lucky, 1h if you are slow. First chapter might take between 20 minutes to 1 hour, second chapter around 30- 1:15? The free chapter is maybe 15-20% of the current game... If you look at the map then the current chapter 3 is as big as chapter 2 and chapter 1 combined, if not even bigger since there is the giant floor K as well as the little floors 14, P, 9 and 11. So if you want to know how big the free area is in comparison, I would say about 10-15%.
