Starting a new game?

I don't know how to start a new game so you coudl see the letter again. If any one knows how to start a new game please tell me

when you dou it you don't get to see the letter though and i have some friends that i want to play though the hole game with, and you could look up the letter online, but there should be a way. (Also i really like you videos)

If you start chapter 1, you get to see the letter. It's how the game officially starts out.

Whenever I select Chapter 1 it just shows the control screen then goes right to the opening of the chapter without the letter.

Same.
I think they changed it with the update so it only shows it when you play for the first time. Meaning as soon as you save somewhere, you won't see the letter again.
