*slaps himself in the face*
But it makes sense tho.and let''s be honest. F E T T Y is pretty akward.
It was a nice idea but man fans need to get permission first instead of thinking the devs will be flattered someone used their IP/name and so forth for a fan-game :/
It'd be a huge waste of time if I legitmately hated BATIM and decided to make a game to "slap" Bendy's face, making a game takes time and effort and I've been working on the Teaser demo since September, I don't hate BATIM, I made characters hate Bendy in the game cause Bendy makes their life a living hell for them, always constantly trying to kill them with no remorse when they just want to live. Honestly I'd be pretty mad if someone tried killing me 24/7
As for using Bendy and The Ink Machine's assets, I will admit that The Meatly has every right to take down my game, and I had no idea about their "Fanon" policy beforehand either, but something that strikes me as odd is that another fan game that goes by BATIM: Reece's Story didn't use any of The Meatly's Assets when making their game, yet The Meatly took that game down too, I'm not really a fan of that fan game mostly because it feels like a self Insert Alt Universe, but it's still pretty sad.
After making the Garry's mod Map of Bendy and The Ink Machine I wanted to do something bigger, so I dropped everything and Learned how to make a Unity game, I learned how to code, make my own 3D models, and learned a bit about story writing as well, and it was so much fun working on the game, and even after it was taken down it was super amazing to see the positive reception I got for it, people were even sharing copies so other people could play, which I had absolutely no hand in.
I'm willing to take blame for why my game was taken down, I used The Meatly's assets to make my game, but it was all for fun and I had no intent of "Insulting" The Meatly, so I'm sorry you felt that way, I hope this can just show you a little bit of my thought process, even if you still don't agree with me afterward.
I will say, I did play the game myself, along with a friend, just to see what it was like. Everything else aside, I did like the layout. It was different.
Thanks for being understanding and again I'll definitely take what you said into consideration for the future.
Reece's Story used some of the music from the original though. I'm guessing that's why.
