Controls change

Is it not possible to change controls?

Seriously not everyone use a QWERTY keyboard or can play with the imposed controls...
That would be great if we just could chose for ourselves.

Updates are coming out with the release of chapter 3, so it's possible the controls may be changed at that time. We'll just have to wait and see what's all new.

No but like for real, let us have the possibility to change because I feel awful and my crops are dying.

Just trying to keep this subject alive. I would feel much more comfortable using a controller for this game. But, apparently, the controller I have is not compatible..? Would a Steam controller work? Or, am I gonna have to splurge on an XBox controller for this sucker?

You have PS4 controller? It should work. Mine worked just fine when I tried it on the game (I always use mouse and keyboard)

It's a controller formatted as a PS4 controller. But, the game doesn't register it at all. It works fine with every other Steam game that I have, so I'm not sure what's up.

There's no setting in the game where I can try mapping controls to it, either.

Please developper respond .. i really wanna buy the game but i can't if i won't be able to play with the other side of keyboard .. i dn't think it's too hard to give us he possibility to change controls ..and thank you..

Helloooooooooooooooo! From me, right here in this thread on October 7th, 2018, where this problem STILL HASN'T BEEN RESOLVED YET. Why? Why do developers insist on this? It's poor design, and lazy programming.

I'm bumping this. I play VERY differently than most people. I won't buy any more chapters if I can't choose my own controls.

I dont understand why nowadays games cant offer this basic thing: to change keys??????
