By looks of it, a "Bendy" OC which looks just like Bendy but with a skirt and is female and of course, dates Bendy, one of THOSE "OC's" why call them OC's they are FC's, not original if you base it off someone elses series.

Most likely but you know you get some fans are hate the cannon couple or cannon girl (we don't know if she is Bendy's GF yet but believed so if its following old cartoon disney logic) but they will still claim or only believe their FC is the true love for whatever they coupled it with.

I enjoy the good side of the fandom, the game, the artwork I seen is beautiful and very suiting and some comics have been fitting IMO but yeah when they push their FC's, horrible or not into the canon or hope it will be, then it just makes me face-palm. Some see it as harmless fun but you are trying to re-write what the game is, specially if they write the characters out of character. And not harmless when they attack people who don't take their side

One user in the NiGHTS into Dreams fandom was obsesse with Reala, drawing herself with him and attacked anyone who drew him with NiGHTS or not with her, you know, the character IN THE GAME. That is an unhealthy obsession.....and yes she was serious about all this and still is

I know some children have been creating shouting wars over people that DON'T draw Bendy's tail--they seem to think he must always have a tail, otherwise it's wrong and acceptable to swarm comments about it. He doesn't even have a tail in game lol. That we know of yet.

He could have a small tail, but very unlikely. I don't think it would suit his character design either.

Mug & Cup are from a different upcoming game which mimics the 50's style of movement, nothing to do with Bendy part from the styles so people draw them in comics, same for the old style of Mickey and Minnie.
