There is literally nothing
I can't get through. The banner It just says 'happy 414', there's nothing on the podium and the dispenser doesn't work!

hover your mouse over the downwards arrow on the dispenser and press E. Wish someone said that somewhere....

You use E to pick up and activate switches and pick up items. Left click or Spacebar to throw.
