Wins bugged/not counting/not tracked

To every achievement hunter out there who might get their win counter for Pandemic God achievement bugged and stop tracking their progress don't give up! It happened to me, I kept playng and getting wins and it finally popped! My progress was stuck at 38/100 but finally I got 100%
