Operations expert unplayable

The operations expert skill is incorrectly severley gimped buy a bug. If they are trying to hold cards they are FORCED to use those cards to fly instead of any card as they should be. Video documentation https://youtu.be/XmoR1IF8XLs

Can confirm, this happened for me too since the update. I've also noticed that they're forced to use the city cards only, there doesn't appear to be the alternative routes option to either travel via another city.

I'll repeat what I've stated earlier: Pandemic for Steam (the new version) has some problems.
-During an epidemic, Forecast event card should be playable between the 2nd and 3rd steps of the Epidemic. Specifically, between steps 2) Intensify (draw a bottom card and add 3 cubes to a city) and the 3) shuffle the infection cards back onto the top of the deck, there should be an option to play Forecast. Instead, the way the steam game is done, the steps 2 and 3 happen automatically with no time to do Forecast.
-The operations expert has a special ability to, once per turn, fly out of a research center to any city in the world by discarding one card. However, the steam game has a bug. If, for example, the operations expert has 2 city cards, and is in a research station that matches one of those cards, and the operations expert chooses to fly to any city by "Charter Flight" (discard the matching city card you are in to fly anywhere) option (not special ability option), the operations expert will fly to the new city and can choose to discard that card. However, he cannot choose to specify that it is for Charter Flight, not special ability. Hence, once the operations expert has flown to a new city, builds a new research station, and then tries to fly out to another random city using his special flight ability option which he has not used yet, the game automatically assumes that the first time he used this option this round was for the special ability flight method (when we meant for charter flight), thus the game bans the operations expert from using this method.
-Rather than movement by joystick, I think a cursor should be allowed with the left joy stick to move a cursor around the map like a mouse to select cities. The old Pandemic interface had a better movement interface, the current movement interface is inferior, the old method was much more clear (Direct Flight, Charter Flight, Operations Expert special ability). Now it only shows different cards and how many action points. The old movement interface was better.
