Its an unlockable for having both Extella games, tho I doubt it cause the first one doesn't feature such an outfit

It has some specific requirements with Tamamo, like reaching max bond or smth

It was Console exclusive

If you have a save data from the first Fate Extella, you should get the outfit, along with Nurse Altera, Crimson Noble Wear Nero and Lapis Lazuli Dress Artoria.
