Kinda late in the game, you need to get both the endings on story and later, when you're working on the third ending, there'll be 2 missions that will unlock her.

What lvl is it for the mission :) ? And thank you for that comment :)

You can try selecting her ruler card, on the servant selecting screen, and it will say which missions it is. Its the ruler further away from Charles and have 2 missions that can unlock, instead of one.

Don't worry about lvl, you will be at a good enough lvl when the missions unlock and you can also complete either of them on easy.

I unlocked her on the second path and cleared all of path 3 with her. She’s amazing, just toss on Clairvoyance and tons of damage skills.

Im full om Scat tho, she is the best in my opinion. I cleared some stages on hard with ber even though I'm a noob.

You can check every character unlovk requirement buy just trying to select the still-locked character. The game will out right tell you what you need to do to unlock them
