Any way to delete a save file?
I used two slots and i want to delete one. I cant find a way to do it. I checked in my hard drive and instead of finding several files i found a single .bin file.

I think you're out of luck.

Save data appears to be in <Steam Folder>\userdata\<your steam ID>\622220\remote\savedata but it seems to be a single file for all saved games and unlocks. So, probably not a lot of use for you. I couldn't find anything in My Documents or %appdata% so I think that's the main save location.

I was able to rename "622220" to "old 622220" and restart the game, which told me my save was corrupted and it would reset progress.

Yes i had already found that single .bin file. And i did something similar to what you did. I deactivated cloud saving, deleted the file and restarted the game (i was only a couple hours in) and then when I reactivated cloud saving i replaced the online file with my new local file.

Yeah, that's exactly what I did. First boot I skipped all the early scenes and some tutorials just to see what the game was like, then, not knowing if tutorials would pop up properly again I reset my save.

What I find interesting is the game saying the save is corrupted, rather than just acting like a fresh install, which seems to indicate another file somewhere or some registry keys, neither of which I could find. Removing the 622220 folder also didn't reset the graphics settings. Makes me all curious to see where it's hiding stuff :)

Hey that's true! I haven't thought of that. But yeap, there has to be some other file.
