You can however feel Japanese corporation greed with how clunky some stuff is, but other than that, it's fine to play. It's nice playing Fate/Extella Link whenever you can on PC.
This reason alone make the game worth it
Most japanese games run fine on PC. especially the AAA japanese companies. and Especially the Warriors games.
as long as your PC isn't toaster tier, its always better to play a Warriors game on pc. graphical fidelity and locked 60fps aside, the PC will be able to load in more character models at a time. as a series who's entire goal is to let you kill thousands of people at a time, the system actually being able to load thousands of people at a time is nice to have.
plus, mods trainers and cheat engine make the game better. Warriors games are ridiculously grindy. if you don't have the time to grind 200 hours per character, PC can solve that in a second.
the only advantage Switch has is mobility. the switch's wifi is objectively ♥♥♥♥, so PC wins the online mode. its resolution is lower, it'll be 30 fps (and unstable in handheld mode), it'll have fewer characters on screen at a time. its a typical handheld console port. lose quality for consistency, even compared to the other consoles.
