Blue Screen Of Death on start up

i am running windows 7 home premium and the moment i start it it shows the loading screen and a little while after it blue screens and my computer restarts it's really annoying and i also cant refund the game either cause it says i played it too much so either way i'm screwed i'm really poor so i can't afford a new os let alone a new computer at the moment so yeah.....i also tried running it via razer cortex and verified the game cache so what do i do
