Kam's Favourite Song

So in one of Kam's side conversation, he describes his favourite song as "that one song about the one girl by the underwater people," and then proceeds to explain that the band name isn't the "underwater people" but that the band is just underwater. I'm assuming he's talking about the album cover art. After that JB questions what the band is actually called and he says doesn't remember, which bugged me soooooo I'm gonna ask people here what song he might have been referencing.

My first thought was obviously the song "Polly" on Nirvana's Nevermind album but Kam said underwater people implying more than just a baby on the cover. I could be overthinking it though. Another idea I had was the song "Show Me Mary" on the album Chrome by Catherine Wheel. But I want to know other people's thoughts.
