Button Bindings on a Thrustmaster T150 RS

Is it possible to set up a Thrustmaster T150 RS so that right Paddle (1) is throttle and left Paddle (2) is brake?

I used this setting with Gear Up as button 10, Gear Down as Button 6 and Handbrake button 5 with Dirt Rally and Dirt4 because I can't use my legs, everything must be controlled using the Wheel buttons.

When I try to set things up and bind the right paddle to the throttle nothing happens .

I think in "wheel mode", the game wants an axis for throttle and brake
You could use a program that maps the wheel buttons to a controller and play in contoller mode.
