Does not support Thrustmaster Steering Wheel !

Hi all ! im trying to make this game detect my steering wheel but it just wont ! while on F1 2018 it works perfect ! ive tryed manually bind the keys in the game does not work ! Please developer fix this so all steering wheels are supported ...

t300 works "fine" here. But the ffb isn't anything to write home about, anyway.
You might want to cycle your wheel (quit game, disconnect usb, reconnect usb, let it calibrate and then try again). Reason being I had the issue that two different Codemasters games would not jive unless I power-cycled my wheel. Some setting or whatnot in the background would hurt each other switching from one game to the next.

Just a hunch though!

did I say it works "fine"? Well, game thinks I am using an xbox controller in the ui and I have my fair shair of pulling my hair out moments trying to navigate. That said, the ffb really isn't all that nice. Driving real cars still feels quite different to this. So...

but bro im not suppose to download other ♥♥♥♥ and install it or reinstall stuff or unplugg or plugg in and so on... the damn thing should just work for all steering wheels period otherwise why buy a steering wheel and pedals ? like i sed i have a couple of racing games and it works fine on all of them ! so im not gonna go mess up my pc or download a buntch of bs to make it work ! my pc and my steering wheel are both up to date ! what the developers need to do ho ever is to fix this problem so all pads and crap works !

this game is made for controllers anyway... there are really other games better suited for wheels...

and tbh i´m quite happy about that... :)

i had to use the axis detection thing then go to key binds and set stuff. in axis detection its wierd, like i had to start off defining the brake 1st, its like there is an order to it. i had it woking on all thrustmaster or all fanatec, mixing the stuff or multiple usb devices will not work. its a real pita.

My Thrustmaster wheel's Force Feedback wouldn't work, either. I had a gamepad plugged into another USB port, and when I unplugged it & restarted the game the Force Feedback in the wheel worked.... but it appears to be random. Sometimes when I play it works and sometimes it doesn't with no changes to system in between. I agree there are issues with the F.F., but I still dig the game overall.

dont alt tab out of the game. the ffb will stop working and require a restart. i loose ffb every time i alt tab outr of the game. If you have a wheel plugged in it shows up in settings and it has ffb settings. Terrible wheel support

Make sure your wheel has the latest firmware installed. This fixes most people's problems.

Thrustmaster TX setup here, with a TH8A shifter for handbrake as well. Works fine. Make sure when the game starts and asks you to hit start or enter... press a button on your wheel. Any button. This tells the game this is the controller you want to use.

It's always a good idea to have only the controller you want to use for the game plugged in. Otherwise games may default to the wrong one.

Also, I alt tab out of game all the time and don't lose FFB.
