Wants colored cables, but has non modular power supply
Guy has a non modular power supply .. wants a ram upgrade and white cables.

He has enough money to upgrade RAM and buy a new power supply in the budget .. but it will not allow me to change his power supply .. it will only let me reinstall his old power supply since it is not broken.

I replace all the non power supply cable with white cables .. the power supply cables (non modular) stay the color they are.

I only get a 4 star review .. I assume because he does not have white cables.

Why say white cables if you will not allow a modular power supply to replace the non modular one?

Doesn't matter if the PSU isn't a modular model. The rest of the cables (i.e. SATA) still count but you have to make sure you haven't left any out.

As for getting a 4-star review, it's also possible that you failed to meet another objective(specified or hidden).

Replace ALL cables you can, check if the costumer is asking for certain "brands" like MSI or whatnot (this is important) and also run an Antivirus scan, if the PC has multiple HDD's check if any of them are broken too!

Regarding colored cables, it's easiest to miss HDD to PSU connectors and Case fan to Motherboard/Fan hub connectors, these all matter, the latter ones ALWAYS being able to be colored. When you have a cable color hidden objective, it's always possible to complete it, regardless of the case or the parts installed.
