Report a translation problem
If the CPU is overclockable you will see a menu point called "CPU OC". There you can select the multiplier and system bus speed. If your CPU is not overclockable, you should replace it with one that is - usually all AMD CPUs are overclockable and all Intel CPUs with a K at the end. There might also be some limitations depending on the motherboard chipset.

And selecting a CPU that already has a higher clock, is highly recommended, when building a PC with a requested CPU clock value... as Aquafawks mentioned.
