First off: You do need to be aware that just because a customer asks you to overclock a CPU to 5151 Mhz does not mean that the CPU that came in their computer can actually reach 5151 Mhz stable without blue screens. It is actually possible that they can ask you to overclock their processor but the processor actually can't physically do what they ask you to do with it. That is a thing and it is part of the game.

Secondly you say it has decent water cooling: AIO or Custom loop?

Every single CPU in the game can handle 1.7v, start with that. Plop down a save and see if it can handle even higher voltages (if it breaks, just reload. if it doesn't, it can handle it, the BSOD is due to a different problem). There is absolutely no reason in any overclock to have a voltage lower than 1.7v. For more help, we'd need to know the type of the CPU and the BSOD message you get (since that can be 6 of different types).
