Using PC Bay to find parts for a job you are busy with is just a waste of time. You should be aiming to finish all jobs within one day.
Later on you will see GPUs for upwards of $200 off. Those are really handy for the PC building missions. Also any common items like PSU, or R3 1200s are really good. Same with the AB350 motherboard.
particularly with most items averaging a mere few $ cheaper.
The savings on the top end cards and processors is a tad more appealing price wise but still...
It’s there as a feature, and it’s alright to a degree, just I was as saying expecting a good 50% discount from time2time, etc
if you're not in a hurry you save a few bucks on the product, but also on shipping costs. I usually buy extra chasis, psus, memory and misc stuff off of there.
Don't remember when I started, but I have a hoard of graphics cards thanks to PC Bay. It comes in handy with builds/repairs as I tend to have the part on hand and can complete it same day. As mentioned though – this is in the long run. Obviously takes awhile considering the general 5-10 shipping times with PC Bay.
I pretty much buy anything off PC Bay long as the cost is at like $20~ or more preferably. Sometimes I bite though when the stuff is only like $10~ off just to add that case to have on hand or whatever it is.
It certainly helps alot with GPUs imo, saving that $50-$130~ on them. The biggest savings that I've made so far though (although this was something I used for my PC) the Cooler Master MasterWatt 1200 MIJ or whatever. Power Supply is $999, got it on PC Bay for $749. $250 off? Couldn't pass that
I'm just waiting for a bit of a discount like 10% or 15% before I buy the game. It's on my Wishlist.
If you have some steam trading cards there's a few folks in the trading forums here that have -33% off coupons for trade.
I think it's available from the beginning. You have to buy it though from the store under tools, it's like $800 I believe.
