I want to learn few things about PCBAY
So, I need to figure out few things especially about PCBAY

1- Is it more profitable to get those broken PC's and take them apart, then use parts for jobs. Bec when I want to sell them bids are low compared to resell price. Also even though I repair the pc, the broken title still exist, is that broken title have a negative effects on bids?

2- When I want to build and sell a PCs, Altough I use new parts, resell value is way low. Idk but like game thinks its second hand.

I am fed up with completing jobs. I just want to build and sell but it seems not possible to sell at a fair price.

the way to maximise profit is to use only used parts then oc the s**t out of it then run 3dmark. the higher the 3dmark score the higher the resale price will be. the broken machines will loose the broken tag once it is booted into os. Also dont try to build new pc's to sell on pc bay as you will loose money as all parts will only sell at their used value which is 1/3 new price

What you want to do is you want to save all of the used parts from customer jobs, and additionally buy broken computers on PC bay. Used hardware from customer jobs comes "Free", and broken hardware on ebay is very cheap. The reason you make poor profits on buying new hardware is because the game is designed that you are not supposed to be able to buy new parts and earn money on them. That would be "too easy". You need to combine used customer parts from customer jobs + broken computers on PC bay and then assemble a working computer out of that. Overclock it a lot. Run 3dmark on it. Then sell it. That's how you make big money in PC Bay.

I recommend reading the "Earn Money Faster" guide, in the Steam Guides area.
