New computer problem - no os found

When i built a new computer for a costumer i turned it on and it said no os found

Just FYI, there are more USB drives for sale in the PC store. I stick one in each PC I am working on because I will invariably forget where the drive is and have to move to one of the other PCs to find it (which is annoying). The second drive is pretty cheap at $300.
