[Gameplay] cannot change CPU cooler

I'm in eSports mode and working for Trinity. I was tasked by lilToot to install a particular CPU cooler (Arctic Freezer 33 eSports edition), but I can't change her cooler at all. When I take her current cooler off, it gets marked by the yellow sticky note saying "property of [e-mail]" and the game won't let me replace it with any other cooler.

Am I doing something wrong?

Had that one too (today, still not fixet???), glad I make enough save points. You need to change it 2 days earlier...
