Adobe Premiere Pro CC Upgrade

I have a client named J. Bronte who wants to upgrade their PC to run Adobe Premiere Pro CC on minimum. I have restarted my game 5 times to get 5 stars, but no matter what the results are always in 4 stars with great comments. Someone else had an issue where their review will not go above 4 stars. I will most likely have to restart because I cannot get pass this bit.

Virus scan? dusty computer? replacing all cables with the requested type/colour?

Could you show us a screenshot of the original customer email? There is likely a hidden request in there you aren't seeing.
