cant reinstall customer cpu and motherboard
the slowing up a slow better from home from Che.Jun-Ho@dragons.com on the last weak of Strike Back Go has a problem
I accidentally removed the cpu
the motherboard is an ASUS ROG Strix Z370-E Gaming which has a coffee lake socket
their cpu is an AMD Ryzen 5 Six Core 3600 and the socket is AM4
since I took the cpu out and the cpu and motherboard have different sockets I'm not able to put it back in I tried taking the motherboard out and using a new one but it says I have to reinstall the customers property and same thing happens when I try it with the cpu

Do you have an earlier savegame you can revert back to?
Also this looks like a bug, since normally AMD CPUs cannot be installed in an Intel chipset system and they usually do not get things mixed-up in the missions. Usually ....

When you try to reassemble the system via "Install" select "PC Parts". There you will see all the components ripped out of the PC and the ones with the yellow stickers on them _have_ to go back into the case. Try to work from there: If both CPU and motherboard have stickers you are screwed. If not, you can make it work with the right components.

Do you happen to have a copy of a manual save file from before you accepted the job by chance?

like I mentioned it says install customers part for mobo and cpu both
I have read every single forum thread posted for this game since the first day it game to steam and even tried doing a few searches through the form history and so far out of all this time (nearly 3 years now) no one has as of yet ever reported a customer job where an Intel system arrived with an AMD processor in it. I even searched in the discord channel and no one has mentioned it there. I think it's rather improbable that this actually happened. Are you sure you didn't already have that processor in your inventory some how when you removed it?

I did the mission just right now. It is truly buggy. But only when you rip out the CPU. If you just do as the mission states i.e. install the specified Corsair M.2 onto the motherboard you can finish it without problems. The M2. slot can be accessed by removing rhe GPU first.

Edit:
Here is the link to the save file[drive.google.com].

When you rip out CPU and motherboard you will end up with having them both in the "PC Parts" section and then you can only quit the job.

Thankfully this is an optional mission.

So it is real? That's kind of crazy.
