Asrock B450M Steel Legend atomatically boots into OS and I can't prevent it to install os

I need a bit of help. I built 2 computers in this game, with the specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
Radeon Vega 64
Asrock B450M Steel Legend
Patriot Scorch 256BG
Team Group T-Force Delta II RGB Series (White) 8GB 2666MHz
SilverStone NJ520

When I insert a USB stick in the computer, I start the PC and the PC just boots into BIOS, even though I don't hold in DELETE or F2. Anyone know what the problem is? I have also tried to reinstall all components, booting the PC without some components, and it still boots to BIOS, and don't show taht anything is missing :/

Sounds like a key is stuck on your keyboard, or theres another controller (gamepad/button box/wheel?) plugged in that is emulating the keypress
