Stuck at a install custom water cooling for GPU

I received an job from [e-mail] to install custom water cooling for GPU and overclock the GPU to 2333mhz. This is the first time i got a job from this person and i never built him a PC before. The PC specs is:
Case: be quiet! Pure Base 600 Window (Black)
Motherboard: Asus Tuf X299 Mark 1
CPU: Intel Core i7-7740X
Cooler: Silverstone HE02

I have tried using using 2 different reservoirs and they only mount to the rear of the case.The Silverstone HE02 is blocking access to the reservoir making you unable to add any pipes between the GPU and the reservoir. This is what happens when i try to add pipes:

i tried using both flexible and ridge piping, nothing will give me the green path to accept the pipe connection

The Silverstone HE02 has a yellow sticky note that it belongs to the customer:

i can not replace it. If i add a water cool CPU block then i can complete the job but it fails due to replace customer parts

In free build, i can rebuild the same pc with the same specs and reproduce the issue. It seems the issue either this job is glitched by forcing the big air cooler and use a smaller case or

You could join the official discord (there's a button in-game in the main menu in the bottom right corner) and there's a #savefile-submission channel. You can just drag`n`drop it in there and then @ me with @AquaVixen

Yep I looked and that's broken. The way the game combines parts for a customer computer at random is broken here and it assigned this customer a hardware combination where it's impossible to complete this job. In this case the inlet and outlet of the water reservoir are both blocked by the heatsink and the heatsink can't be changed so this job can't be completed. Hopefully the developers can find a way to fix this.

Which is a real shame, I know that if you save often you could just reload and not accept the job, but you might have already done 10 jobs since accepting and several saves later. Sounds like all you can in this case is discard the job and lose the star rating.

Seems strange for the game to offer an item to install but mark the original item as owned.

how can i notify the developers of this problem?

Going forward, i guess i have to manually save each time before i accept a job. Lucky this is the first time this happen to me
