Lian Li O11D XL case vertical GPU with mount missing

This broken PC coming from PCBay with a GPU mounted vertically but the mount itself is missing. This causes GPU being not removable.

In the screen shot I was trying to 'install' the mount back, but failed for the conflict to GPU.

I Can confirm it's missing GPU Mount Support case mod, and when you are trying to install it obviously GPU is blocking it.

I just added some parts, benchmarked it and flipped it to not lose money.

Wow actually you are lucky. I got a broken mobo, and you know it is not possible to fix without removing the GPU. BTW selling that (suspected) working 2080ti is already a huge loss.

This issue still exists in the current version 1.8.6. It occurs when you remove the Dust Filter from the bottom of the case. The GPU Support is also removed, leaving the graphics card floating.

One this happens, you either have to Quit the work order, or sell the case as is.

To avoid this, do not take on any work that uses the Lian Li cases, and not to buy any secondhand ones from PC Bay.

Having a very similar problem - I do have the GPU mount in my PCBay-bought PC, so I can remove the GPU, but I can't remove the mount! The motherboard is broken and I can't remove it..
