Also one thing this game does simulate that's near to real life is if you have a video card and processor in the same custom water loop the heat of one component heats up the other component in the loop because they're both connected. I've seen this with OCCT testing it myself in-game. So of course it makes logical sense that if you separate the components so they're in different loops they would run cooler.
None of this is a bug and this is all working normally.
Remember that a 3950X + two 2080 Ti's is roughly 940 - 1000 watts of heat in real life to dissipate. 720mm (360+360) cumulative radiator space is not going to be enough to handle that.
