Report a translation problem
The fan hub appears on the back panel (opposite side to mobo) in the top left, above the SSDs. It seems to be somewhat optional as the fans can just be plugged directly into the mobo and If you don't use the fan hub it will still work, but the fan hub's connector will show up in red (same location as the green one in the screenshot). It's also not possible to mix and match, as the front fans seem to allow only one connection to either the mobo or fan hub and then force you to daisy chain the rest (don't ask me why when the whole point of the fan hub is to allow connecting extra fans directly!)

Anyway, it's not necessarily the same solution for this thread, because OP didn't have cable view highlighted, but hopefully this helps someone else who comes looking for help with this particular case.
