Radiators, Reserviors and CPU blocks Where?

Moving this to the Bugs area because I can't get a straight answer from anyone nor do I see any other postings about this subject.

OK I purchased the Custom water cooling shop in the tools and software area, I see it in my inventory now and it looks like I have some of the parts and I am looking in the shop for where to purchase the parts so I can install this but I don't see anything in the shop under CPU cooling?

Where do I purchase the parts for the New AIO CPU water cooling system?

All I see is Pipes, connectors and coolant, were do i purchase the > Radiators, Reserviors and CPU blocks? I am confussed and at a stand still...
The inverntory tells me I need to visit the shop and purchase the Radiators, Reserviors and CPU blocks but when I go there they are no where to be found and purchased. I see people making videos on Youtube and using these parts, why can't I find them?
