So, i have a job from it@dynabeard.org to repair his personal computer with BSOD, already try this :

  • add thermal paste
  • add new ram
  • try to remove dust
  • add 3 fan case, 1 in back, 2 in front..
  • remove all parts and try to check if there any broken one

but still the pc status "diagnose problem"

PC can run 3dmark without problem

nope, i can't change psu n vga card.. because it has note property of it@dynabeard.com
If you can turn the computer on at all then it wasn't ram. You said it got to bluescreen so that means it turns on at all. Maybe you didn't remove all of the dust, look around for any small dusty spots.

I think so, maybe there is small dusty spots somewhere... but so far can't find it..

Chassis fan

Not really.
You need only to change the back case fan (because it's broken) and place thermal paste unter the (functioning) CPU cooler.

some mission requirements are so badly scripted/worded sometimes..
i replaced the broken fan and adde thermal paste but since i also replaced the working fan (with a better one, since it fits the budget), the status was still "diagnose problem".. headache

If you didn't fully diagnose it, it will still say diagnose.

i appreciate the attempt to help but try reading the full post before posting yourself, i clearly described why the wording is problematic since all the problems have been diagnosed

The words in the email (hints about what could be wrong) ... should be ignored.

The problem is, that all the problems haven't been diagnosed. The customer may not know all of the problems. And it's your responsibility to fix them.

This means:
1) Taking every part out, and inspecting for the word "Broken" (ignoring the email)
2) Replacing "Broken" parts with other parts that are not inferior (inferiority rules are in a Pinned Message in the game's Discord channel)
3) Doing a Virus Scan if requested (email hints for Virus Scans are reliable)
4) Dusting if requested (email hints for Dusting are reliable)

Maybe you missed a case fan. Maybe you missed a secondary storage device. Maybe you tried to use a lower amount of RAM to fix a broken one. Maybe you tried to use an AIO to fix an air cooler. All of these will lead to Diagnose staying red.

The point is:
All 4 steps are required.
And following all 4 steps will help you make that Diagnose turn from red to green.

And if you're still stuck, share the save file, and we'll tell you what you missed.

mate, you still haven't read my post or? i'm not the OP, i fixed what my problem was, my problem was that i've done everything needed (fan and thermal paste) but i've also replaced a fan that was working (with a better one) because it fit the budget, yet the mission would still say "diagnose problem"

i don't think a fan upgrade should be considered a problem, if anything it should at least say "missing owner's part" or whatever the message is when you don't install a part that came with the pc

Did the customer's fan that worked, have a customer sticky note on it?
