Problem with CPU coolers?

Hi, has anyone else been having this problem?

When building new PCs, I choose the gigabyte gaming 3 AM4 motherboard and an AMD ryzen chip and have at least one AM4 compatible cpu cooler in inventory, but it doesn't let me choose the cooler! Acts as if I don't have it in inventory. This last time I had 2 different coolers, the cryorig M9i AM4 and cryorig H5 ultimate, and it wouldn't let me pick either when trying to add the cooler to the build! Showed no inventory during build. But if I exit out to shop and show inventory, they are there!
