Max Thumbs ups - esports expansion

Hey, does anyone know, is it possible to get through everything in the esports expansion with 0 lost Thumbs ups, ie everything done? Or are there some decissions which force you to compromise?
I just did Vandals week 2 and I got everything but Vandals score 41 / 47 and I do not know why. The only reason I can think about is installing rgb components that the player asked for (after changing sponsors) but the manager said at the beginning no rgb lights (before changing sponsors). Maybe I got over budget .. ? No idea how do I check if that's the case. Probably just need to keep notes and sum there.
Is there a way to see why did I not get the Thumbs up higher score?

Hmmm, I tried to reload a save and do the whole Soccar Vandals week 2 all over again making sure I got under 5000 even with cables and shipping included, but still 41 / 48 or smthg like that. No idea why is the score so "low", because as far as I know, I did everything for everyone just like they said... Maybe the mouse I needed to change had to be a special brand or type ... ?

Hmmmm, after some digging I found a comment in different section, somewhat unrelated post, noting the same - getting everything but only 41 / 47 (41 / 48) after the week ends. It was started that there is apparently a task to upgrade BoB's PC on the calendar, but nothing in the mail etc. and siomeone else someone else said that it is a bug. I think that might be the case indeed, it would explain the low score since there appears to be no ability to check what went wrong with that rating.

It was also stated that this bug does not affect the possibility of obtaining the watch or the gifts, hopefully that is correct (cannot verify that yet).

I wonder how could this bug persist all the time without being fixed but oh well, the expansion probably did not sell very well so there was no "need" to fix the bugs, I guess.
