EDIT - also just to clarify, i've tried all the rads above job requirements and also changing the order of mounting rad and ram, nothing helps. motherboard in the computer was high end, so there's just about 10 MBs available for upgrading and from i've tried, i'm sure every MB has the same ram slots conflict so yea, the job is impossible

If you have problems with the piping, go hard tubing and bend the pipes as necessary.
Concering your motherboard memory slots clearance issues:
The Asus ROG Maximus X Formula or any other board that has memory slots set a little lower should clear even with Corsair Dominator sticks. Be sure to mount the board first then the radiator.
The ROG Strix X399-E Gaming fitted even the Team Group Night Hawk stuff. The Zenith Extreme needs the RAM to be quite short, but there's a few that fit with that too.
Looking at some more...
The following work perfectly with Night Hawk:
All B550 & B460 boards (Wide RAM graphically clips)
All TRX40 boards look like they'd work
ASUS Prime X299 Deluxe
ASUS TUF X299 Mark 1
ASUS ROG Strix X299-E Gaming
Both of Gigabyte's X299 boards
ASUS's 3 fullsize X470 boards
ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 9
MSI MPG Z490 Gaming Carbon Wifi
The following fit with smaller RAM:
ASRock B450M Steel Legend
Gigabyte H370 Aorus Gaming 3
Both X370 boards (the Gaming 7 being more forgiving.)
Gigabyte's X470 Aorus Gaming 7 Wifi
All the Z270 boards, with Gigabyte's being extra forgiving.
I haven't tested the X570 boards but some look like they'd at least work with smaller RAM, particularly the Aorus Pro Wifi
At a glance in Z370:
Maximus X Formula, Maximus X Code & Strix Z370-E Gaming look promising.

I put that together using the ASUS PRIME X470-PRO Which should be unlocked right from the get go, and everything else should be available if the radiators are.
Pleased to hear you're passed that, some jobs can be hella annoying. :P
