How To Remove Virus ?

I have a computer that requires virus removal. There is virus removal software on the shop computer but not on the computer used to repair client computers. In fact, there is nothing installed on that computer. As of yet, I don't have a USB drive to put an antivirus program on.

What am I missing? There has to be an easy solution I am missing.

Install the USB drive in the computer then go to add/remove software and install the anti-virus. Remember to uninstall it after removing viruses and before you give it back to the customer.

Some customers complain about leaving software on their machine after we return it and can dock at least 1 star for that. I have seen it multiple times myself in-game. It's better to get in to the habit of uninstalling all software before returning it to a customer.

I never encountered problems with keeping programs installed on customer computers (but i might have missed a point maybe somehow perhaps)

Ive never experienced that, and i never uninstall the programs - unless its in the IT expansion and they specifically ask for it.
Aqua, are you sure you didnt miss something else? over budget? wrong colour cables? didnt remove dust :P

I will admit off hand I don't actually recall if they docked stars or not. But I have seen customers comment in the bongle reviews about software left on their computer. It was normally people that requested 3dmark jobs and I would leave system info, OCCT, anti-virus, etc on their machines.

That makes sense, but I don't have one to install. Compounding that issue the fact a USB drive is $300-$600! And doesn't every single computer sold since like 1995 have a USB drive installed by defaul? This seems like an unnecessary inconvenience.

Sounds like a bug, you should have a USB drive in your misc parts in the very beginning of career

You do have a USB drive. Everyone in this game starts with one at level 1 in career mode. If you have multiple computers on work benches you might of left it in another computer and forgot about it. Look around your workshop. You do not have to buy your first USB drive. It's provided for you for free.

1. You definitely have one USB drive when you start your career. It is in the same category as CPU grease and so on.
A new USB drive that you can buy is an option to do multiple tasks at the same time as you level up and get an additional work desk.

2. If you remove the computer from your work desk with the USB drive attached to the computer brought in by your customer and the customer picks it up, the USB drive will be automatically returned to your inventory.
So you will never lose your USB drive. You can definitely use it at any time.

I hope someone can help. I have the USB installed. I am on the add/remove page I can't the virus scanner into my drive. I click on it and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
