Rocket League requires an "AMD Ryzen 5 Six Core 1600X"

I can't for the life of me figure out how to unlock this at my current level (5) to complete the computer I've had for about 4 days waiting to receive this part...

Am I doing something wrong?

You do not have to get the exact processor that the "Will it run?" asks for. You can get a comparable processor and still complete the objective. I just went in free build to check for you and the I7-6700K will qualify for the CPU requirement for Rocket League minimum spec in the game. You should have the I7-6700K unlocked at level 5.
