If you post a copy of your save file here to this thread then I could try to take a look at it for you and see if I could figure out what you're missing.
!. Turn on if it doent turn on then replace psu, if psu works (you see it by having the psu u take out marked as property of ...)
2.Replace motherboard if still doesnt turn on.
3.Turn on, replace what is said on the pre bios screen
4.Run anti virus.
5.Still not fixed? Then try replacing ssd/hdd,try looking if a fan broke, try looking if THERMAL PASTE IS APPLIED. If still doesnt work try to check if the system overheats with 3d mark.
Here is the link to the save. As you can see, I already removed every component, and they are all tagged "property of", so I can't swap them. Only exception is the memory, however I bought brand new 3200mhz RAM and they install ok, only that in the BIOS they appear as lower MHZ. I can manually force it to run at 3200mhz or even higuer, however that does not make it appear as the job is complete. It is the PC on the 3rd bench, property of "PopularS".

Best way to go is to replace the cooler with exactly the same model.
This is the usual behaviour on some motherboards that do not automatically detect the right memory speed from the start. When prossible try to enter BIOS and select "RAM OC" if available then select "XMP Profile" (Intel) or "D.O.C.P. Profile" (AMD). Then the memory should run within its specifications. Please note: Manually tuned settings are only relevant for overclocking.
Heck, even activating these profiles is NOT REQUIRED for completing diagnose & repair jobs.
Thank you. I also stacked at it. I replaced Air to AIO, at first, and could not complete task. Then bought new AIR and it passed.
