Overclock?

i did but cant figure out really
already oc gpu and cpu...
the cpu mark is already high enough... while gpu is 4470 something
oc gpu with max power and a few hundreds increase of core(the middle one) and lowering the clock(the third one) yield udisplay.drv and sometimes display error

it makes me really headache

You need AsRock RX Vega GPU for this to work, think it cost 630. No other way to push the 3d mark score high enough with other components or overclocks.
So instead of upgrading the CPU swap the GPU to AsRock RX Vega.
If the gpu they have is cheap enough, install a second one. Benchmarks overvalue SLI builds

I solved this with installation of an ASRock Vega, too. Boosted the 3D score to 6100+ all by itself.

Got the same problem; replaced with the vega one but was useless, replaced the ram, power supply, even the fans, i always get the blue screen

All of my BSOD so far have been PSU related. I discovered running system info and 3D Mark lets me see the power consumption and max power draw. This allowed me to see which PSU would fix the build. Hope this information helps.

in the soccar team my first action was to install 750W PSU in every Computer. This was enough till final match.
As for the 5500 you only need that Vega card - no need to replace cpu or memory ( I also installed 8Gb-4000 Memory for additional $120 - so still in budget ) No overclocking at all.
