Changing Customer's PC Case?
Hello. I have this "story" job from steve.shovel that starts out as a build job and then to diagnose and upgrade. I built him a PC in a micro atx PC case. Further into the story, he now wants me to install dual GPUs. I can't do that in a Micro case, obviously, so I transferred all of the internal components into a bigger case. Unfortunately, the customer's sticky note is still stuck on the Micro case and I'm not sure how to take it out and stick it onto the other case. Will I be unable to complete this story job forever? Any help will be appreciated

well as i played the game its like the start of the story you get a pc you never build and you cant take apart or sell unless the left over parts now if you sold a custom pc as you stated and confirmed it its now stuck as that case forever unless you take note and replay the story and correct it but if you refuse your stars wont go down hell im doing good by ignoring 3dmarking and overclocking and dual graphics

There's nothing you can do. You should of built them in a larger case. You have no choice but to abandon that job and as a consequence you will not be able to view the rest of that story / email chain / later jobs either unless you completely restart career mode. I would suggest in the future to remember to make manual saves before accepting every job in-game so you can go back and re-load them later.
