can you use a steam based screenshot please? I'm getting a malware warning from that link.

It looks like a glitch, try running 3dmark in free build and let us know if it changes

Here are the Minimum Requirements (as listed by steam)
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 7 or higher
Processor: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Athlon X4 740 (or equivalent)
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: GeForce GTX 660 (2048 MB) or Radeon R9 285 (2048 MB) - Integrated GPUs may work but are not supported.
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Storage: 7 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX compatible

Does your system meet, or exceed these?
If so:

Try this:
Restart your PC (IRL)
Verify Game File Integrity (Right Click the game, go to properties, and it should be under files (i think))
Reinstall PCBS (Tedious, but it may help)
If neither of these work, wait a while to see if other users report a similar issue. (a day or two at most)
If no additional Mentions are made, it may be a quirk with your build, in which case, i don't know what to suggest. AquaFawks (A User you will see fairly often on here) is fairly helpful, so He/She may have better troubleshooting suggestions.

You're welcome :)
If you need any more assistance, just search the forums for your topic and make a post if you don't find the answers you seek.
