Maximum overclocking limit for water cooling GPU even temperature and power does not exceed?
Is there an internal power limit to GPU that even though the temperature is 61+ degrees and the power used is only 1100+ of a 1600 watts power supply, you will not be able to overclock it any further or face the BSOD
"Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed."

The following figure is close to the maximum I can overclock before getting BSOD

Does that mean no matter how cool my GPU are and how big of a power supply I have, the GPU overclock has its internal limit even it did not hit the 95.5 degrees limit nor power draw limit?

I have been using an Raijintek Enyo case with 10 radiator for maximum CFM cooling capacity (1030 total CFM), I fix the radiators as follows,

Motherboard side
Bottom
Alpha Cool 140mm 90 CFM and Raijintek Calore 240mm 130CFM
(Raijintek need to install near front panel side or won't fit)
Top
Alpha Cool 140mm 90 CFM, Raijintek Calore 240mm 130CFM

Power supply side
Bottom
Alpha Cool 120mm 75 CFM
Mid
Alpha Cool 140mm 90 CFM
Top
Alpha Cool 120mm 75 CFM, Raijintek Calore 240mm 130CFM

Front Panel
Raijintek Calore 240mm 130CFM, Alpha Cool 140mm 90 CFM.

No what it means is you got a bad binned video card. Pull out the exact same video card out of the shop/store and try another one that maybe perhaps might work better. There is a random lotto in the game in terms of the quality of parts. Some parts overclock higher than others. You may pull out literally 1000 video cards and only have one that will do a higher overclock out of all 1000 of them. It's called binning.

I would suggest these two guides as a primer:

Yes, GPUs have both a temperature limit and a voltage limit. And every instance of a GPU model is different, per the simulated silicon lottery.

The GPU Tuner Slider for voltage is the GPU vBIOS's limit set by the manufacturer.

So, when overclocking a GPU, you will either end up:

1) Stable, but at max temp, so cannot increase clocks.
2) Stable, but at max clocks, because GPU Tuner is already set to max.
3) uDisplay.drv BSOD because you overheated.
4) "Attempt to reset" BSOD because your clock needs more voltage.

Per my guide:

I see, thanks.
That sounds like a lot of work and money. I will try binning late in the game when money is not an issue for me.

Thanks,

I guess I only thought temperature is the only limit for GPU because up until now I have not really try maximizing the cooling factor. All my previous GPU overclock always hit the temperature limit before the voltage limit.

Now that I know that there is no point putting so many radiators.

Do you know which have better cooling?
CPU & CPU with the maximum radiators
Less radiators but two reservoirs separately for CPU and GPU?

Is there a motherboard that let me connect the CPU with HE01 Air cooler and watercool GPU, I had been trying that on some motherboard but the water piping always get in the way of the HE01.

I don't know. But my customers certainly never need or get anything so exotic. Use Free Build to test things out for yourself, and use rigid piping if flexible piping doesn't work easily.
