Lol, they warned this was going to happen like 8+ weeks ago and it was implemented with the Career Refresh update last month. Also, welcome to Early Access. It's not uncommon to see updates break saves quite often during Early Access development.

Reading News and change logs can go a long way towards preventing this stuff from being a surprise.

And as mentionned by Turbo, with early access games, if you really don't want to restart fresh once in a while, you better leave the game alone until it goes full release.

Also, probably worth noting that if you decide to stick with old save, you'll not get the new stuff, but I'm sure it's written somewhere, but better safe than sorry.

Well thr are tons of other news I need to follow before this, I agree its my fault, but ya not fair it is.
Anyhow I did save the files backup. And fresh start? Oh yelll, in months now :P. I am going to buy cooking simulator and work on that first. Then this game, again.

Yup. I knw. Even they waste my $30 wallet. I jst got it for cooking simulator, now they pushed the game to early 19, I could have used that money somewhere else.

This thread was referring to how they made us restart career mode during Early Access, 3 years ago. What you wrote has nothing to do with this thread at all today because we do not have to restart career with this game with updates anymore. What are you even going on about?
