Highest 3DMark score.
What is the highest score by now?
Have you managed to reach 29k?
Post your screenshots of 3DMark+OCCT(with max temperature)+GPU Tuner.
And a game save file if you can. Upload it to Dropbox, Google Drive or Mega.nz etc.
this helps verifying that your game-play is not accidentally bugged.
(But use as your own risk, since it's not a Steam link.)

Let us know how this "Silicon Lottery" goes to.

EDIT: November 10, 2020
Since there are people who used cheat or mods and pretend to be a valid score.
And we couldn't find any better way to figure out who has cheated or modded.
I'm now calling this thread to an end. Although I don't have the authority to close this thread.
But I won't update the score anymore.

If you guys want to post your highest score, you can still post it here.
But if you guys are looking for a fair competition, go ask Caliburn to open a new thread for it.
As least, he is the community manager. He may have method to rule out cheaters.

I tested just two 3900X's from the 51 that survived, two with the lowest IDLE temperatures. Yes your chip is better than mine, but if you are going for the record, you should go with intel. Your graphic card's are amazing 1 MHz lower on core then my high scoring one's. I think 3950X is going to be the new king or 10980XE who knows, we will see when they are added to the game, depend's on how developers rate them in game. :steamhappy:

Yea I've already gotten the best chip on the I9-9980XE so I'm using the 3900X for a new challenge hehe. I've just binned around 250 3900X and I've only found one other chip that performs almost as well as the one I used on the screenshots. I'm trying to crack 5001+Mhz but that seems impossible at the moment. But I think that my current build is the record holder for AMD CPU's atleast.

I didn't bother too much with the GPUs but I'm pretty close to maxed out anyway. I think this is the record for AMD in the game right? Threadripper doesn't stand a chance agains't the 3900X as far as I can see.
That's because threadripper in-game is the older 2000 series that is actually inferior to the new 7nm, 3000 series AMD CPU's. Even though the older processors have more cores, the newer chips are on a new process and run faster. The new threadripper chips just released yesterday in real life. Maybe we will see them in-game in 1-2 months and that should really be the new #1 leader in all 3dmark tests, both real life and in PCBS.

Yea I'm guessing the developers won't bother adding the Threadripper 3960X and 3970X until the 3990X gets released. I'm still hoping for the Ryzen 3950X to be added to the game soon. But it would make sense to add the Ryzen 3950X at the same time as they add the Threadripper 3960,3970 and 3990X

There's a 4th CPU that's supposed to come too. The new threadrippers are supposed to be: 24-core, 32-core, 48-core, and 64-core.

That makes sense, was thinking that it should be something like that but I was not 100% sure since I haven't heard much about the 48-core version(3980X I'm guessing).

Kind of off topic here and we should probably get to stopping discussing this but I'll leave this one note here:

So I took some time last night and decided to have an attempt at the i9-9980XE and I managed to get a 4,8GHz overclock with 6,3GHz ram and some really nicely binned RTX 2080 TIs. That resulted in a total score of 27445, not sure if that is the record but I guess it's worth putting up.

Has anyone been able to get any results with the Ryzen 9 3950X, and/or the new GPUs?

I quickly wrapped up a build with the R9 3950X, two Aorus RTX 2080Ti's (with very little binning) and got up to 25.9k. Still far from the 27k club, but I feel like the 3950X got some potential dripping out.

We already had a few air cooled 2080 Ti's, and we already have water cooled 2080 Ti's. The newly added GPU's will not be any faster than what we already had. All air cooled 2080 Ti's are the same in terms of performance, and all water cooled 2080 Ti's are the same in terms of performance, once you get in to overclocking. Literally the exact same. The only difference is how much heat the different versions can handle before hitting thermal throttle temps. It differs based on the design of their coolers. The water cooled ones can be overclocked further without thermal throttling, they will always be superior in terms of 3dmark score in PCBS.

Is this how it goes irl? Maybe is a bug or something, 3900X wins in CPU score even though the 3950X has a higher clock and core count, temps are almost the same, power draw is the same. Same build, different CPU, nothing else.

You are right there should be more of a difference. Here's two results from IRL 3dmark, both with a pair of 1080 Ti's @ the same GPU clock speeds, differences being processors. One with a 3950X @ 4400 Mhz and the other with a 3900X @ 4500 Mhz.

https://www.3dmark.com/compare/spy/9720878/spy/8781688

The 3950X result is showing +2351 points in the CPU score ahead of the 3900X system. Yet in-game with your results show the 3900X to be +227 points over the 3950X in PCBS.. so something is wrong here. Looks like the developers need to tune the 3950X in 3dmark results with an update.

Either your GPU voltage is bugged or you made something with the GPUV :steammocking:, even the ZOTAC, that is the best one, can't hit those clocks. You need 128% Voltage to reach those clocks without a BSOD. I know it because it can be increased with CE. Would you mind showing temps and consumption or sharing your save?

Temps and power consumption while idling.

3DMark appears to be bugged, the moment I skip day and return to the pc, the result is calculated as 28012 unless I am running OCCT in the background in which case I get BSOD. I can't get any temps or power consumption under full load.
