You only replace the dead hard drive, you do not replace both. That's probably your problem. Normally most people would remove each part one by one and look at it in their inventory to see if it says "Broken" and if it does not say "Broken", then put it back, complete until you find the broken part. That's generally how you diagnose everything.
Then check each drive one at a time to find the broken one, replace the broken one, and only the broken one, and don't replace anything that's not broken, and problem solved and job done.
Currently that won't work. Currently you have to replace a hard drive with a hard drive, not an ssd.
Edit. Its not a virus. So this guy has two hdd, 1 is 500gb and 2 is 1tb. i put in the second one in a previous job. now he job is replace the hdd.
i've swapped both hdds for same capacities ones but no result, no virus no nothing. and the hdds i remove only the 1 shows in inventory as used. the other one is like a new one.
May have been the increase job. My bad, I'm on day two of no sleep lol.
it was that one yes. but as far as i know its a common bug the non recognition of the hdd replaced
No, the bug is you used the wrong hard drives for the job. As long as you put the correct parts in, it will see them and complete jobs. You're doing it wrong, it's not a bug.
