Install the Lighting App via the USB stick.
He will already have the colour on his front case fans, you will be able to copy it from there and apply it to all the lights.
however I do not know of any application that manages the lights in the usb key
Then go to Add or Remove Programs and you will see something like this:

You want to install the Lighting App
but the lighting software was already present in the machine, but not in the list of software to use and even to buy
It is a free item in the game you wont be able to ot need buy it any where. Next job you get where you have to install 3DMark via the USB Flash Stick, have a quick look and you will see the lighting program in the "Add Programs" list. You can add that program to any machine you want.
(I'm using the german version, so I have no clue how the settings are named in english ^^)
