How do you get dual RX 570's To Work?
I've been trying them in free build and they won't go together, system keeps saying "Inaccurate" when adding a second one.

Maybe it's the motherboard. I've been using Z370 EVGA board for the higher ram clocks.

Yes I know that. The board I'm using lets me use Dual nvidia cards all day, all of them and even dual RX vega, but not any of the lower AMD cards.

Could someone share which motherboard you are using in this game that successfully does let us use RX 570's ?

Had a typo in my original post, I meant Z370 not X370. But yes I've been trying the Z370 already, the EVGA one. I'll look into that other motherboard today, thank you for sharing.

Radeon = CrossFire
GeForce = SLI

And what does that actually have to do with anything? All modern consumer motherboards since 2008 (at least those with 8x+8x minimum PCI-Express configurations) all support both technologies. All Z370 motherboards in real life, made by any company, all support both technologies. They should in this game. If it doesn't then that's clearly a bug.

Yep I confirmed it with a TR4 motherboard in free build. It's a problem with the EVGA Z370 motherboard. It's not supporting CrossFire and it should be. I'll go update my bug report post, thank you all. Issue resolved.

I just tested them and it's that in the game. I'm not writing this just for fun !

I actually looked on the website for EVGA and their own specifications do not mention CrossFire, they only mention SLI. But the Intel Z370 chipset it's self supports CrossFire, so it's supposed to work. I wonder if EVGA actually excluded this from their board some how. I might be wrong in that CrossFire isn't supported on this board, however the Intel specification explicitly says the Z370 chipset does support CrossFire, and every other Z370 motherboard made by every other company supports CrossFire, so this one should too. Unless EVGA did something non-standard some how with their bios.

Yep, but, this is a bug. It's supposed to work and it doesn't work in the game. So I'm updating my bug report about it so it can get fixed.

Not all boards IRL are Sli and Crossfire :dallas:

Its meant to be a simulation as well, which is meant to reflect real life situations as well dont forget.

If this is going to be used to introduce people to PC building the info needs tk be an accurate to a certain degree.

Perhaps it has something to do with the fact EVGA partnered with intel and Nvidia, they dont make AMD cards or motherboards so perhaps they disabled crossfire for whatever reason?

If the above is the case it explains why that specific motherboard doesnt work and reflects the RL counterpart?

Just hazarding some guesses here.

Edit: seen the below post si NVM :)

Sorry, I should of clarified my original statement: All Intel motherboards sold since 2008 that have a minimum of 8x + 8x PCIE support, support both crossfire and SLI. Not true with AMD, it gets "muddy" with AMD. Some do and some don't.

And the EVGA specifications page does not mention CrossFire support at all. The EVGA page for the Z370 FTW only says SLI at all. But I actually decided to check, and I just phoned EVGA support. A CSR for EVGA just told me that yes, the EVGA Z370 FTW supports all revisions of AMD CrossFire.

So yes, this board is supposed to support this. The fact that it currently does not in this game is a bug.
