Maybe explain it to me like I am a complete and utter moron.
I opened the part ranking app, type in the top search box "AMD Radeon RX560" and I get no results.

I then search for Radeon RX560 and get
It shows me the card I bought, which according to this game is NOT the proper card???!
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2741844356
I should scroll up and pick the next card up?
Which would be the 1050 Ti GAMING from EVGA...
Or the ASUS Radeon RX 560

After buying the 1050 Ti from EVGA and ASUS RX 560 4G variant, the ASUS card worked. The 1050 Ti still didn't meet the requirements. Where is the "real" requirements listed? I haven't found anything in the game. By your explanation, I should skip TWO cards above the first one searched? This is really confusing, and I have been building computers since 1992. This isn't a bragging point, but with the information provided to me by this game, the ASRock variant RX560 SHOULD meet the listed requirements in "Will It Run?" Otherwise, the application is useless.
I have played the game for quite a while, came back to it after a year and some months, and wanting to give it serious attention, develop a strategy and such and understand the underlying mechanics. I have successfully completed some 3DMark score jobs, 4 - 5 stars each and am quite confident in my understanding, but always looking to learn more.
What am I missing?
EDIT : I just ran a test, Fable Fortune, minimum spec, all cheapest parts. There are no "NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050" cards. However, there are several "GeForce GTX 1050" cards, and the cheapest and lowest ranking card passes. Your explanation is even more confusing.

Thank you for your time, anyway!
I am thinking, after seeing the card naming trends with other jobs, there may be a logic issue with "RX560" and "RX 560". I went ahead and gave all the info I could. Worse that can happen, they refute. Like "...it never hurts to ask...". If nothing comes of it, I will just have to make a mental note or something about that particular card.
"ASRock Phantom Gaming Radeon RX560 4G" - would not be accepted
"ASUS Radeon RX 560" - was accepted
"ASUS ROG Strix Radeon RX 560 OC Edition" - was accepted
Almost the same card except for price, all have 4GB VRAM, first two are comparable in core and memory frequency, while the OC Edition has a bit higher clocks.
All three of these cards should pass the "Will it run?" requirements.
Once again, I am drawn to the possibility of a naming/reference issue in the logic.
